If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. ***Note: No Smoking inside and outside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee for Smoking at the property, plus any cleaning/treatment needed to get rid of the smell. ***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if an unauthorized pet is found in the property. ***Note: There are 3 cameras on the property. 1 oversees the driveway (Ring floodlight), Ring Doorbell Camera and 1 camera on the fire pit side yard. The home is also monitored for noise decibel levels. ***Note: This property has Minut sensors installed inside the property that checks and notify us regarding noise levels especially starting by 10pm.
